Bertha Ngereja is currently a PhD candidate in the field of Project Management at NTNU. Her research focus is on the role of soft factors as enablers of digital transformation where she aims to identify and conduct an analysis on soft factors in digitalization projects in project-based organizations.
Prior to the commencement of her PhD studies, Bertha obtained an MSc degree in Project Management at NTNU, with a thesis on the role of soft factors in maintenance regimes. She has an Industrial Engineering and Management BSc degree from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). Before pursuing her MSc, she obtained an industrial experience working in the oil and gas industry as a Field Engineer on various drilling projects in Western, Eastern and Southern Africa.
